Working Procedure

Pumping station, piping, does feeder, end pressure relay . Pressure reducing valve are fitted as per decided scheme and the items are connected with control panel. When pump is started grease shall be delivered to first main line and it will finally reach to connected lubricating points through dose feeder. Once grease is delivered to all points pressure in the line starts rising as pump is still supplying grease. As soon as pressure crosses set pressure value , pressure reversing value , through control panel actuates. Grease starts flowing into second line. Delivery of grease to lubricating points takes place and pressure rises again. When it crosses set pr. Of end relay, system stops. Cycle is over and all points are lubricated. Now after preset 'OFF' time, system starts again and repeats above sequence.

Manual Pumps: (Botti Italy Make)

The manual pumps of ZMK series are intended for supplying a dual line centralized lubrication system. These are double-acting pumps, provided with a line- reversing value which is adjustable from 50 to 200 bar and operate automatically as soon as the pressure in the system reaches the maximum value . As these pumps are intended to be used with grease, the reservoir is provided with a grease scraper arm which scraps the grease from the reservoir inner wall.

PNEUMATICALLY DRIVEN PUMPS

These pumps powered by second pneumatic motor are normally provided with an overpressure line reversing value. They are to supply grease at a pressure of 150 bar to the discharge capacity of 200 to 600 gm/minute at air pressure of 4-7 bar.
There is a provision for grease level sensing. The special line reversing level is settable from 30 to 150 bars by an adjustable screw.

The motor pumps ratio is 30:1. For filling grease into reservoir inlet port is provided at the bottom. Pump has reservoir capacity of 5 ltr. Cycle of the pump is governed by separate electrical/electronic control.
